Does anyone know of published fatigue curves for metric socket head cap screws?

The fatigue curve is a function of the material.  Stress concentrations offset the curve.

Unbrako/SPS has publisehed data on fatigue strength of their SHCS.  Their Engineering Guide is available using the following link:

Hi

You could try BS 7608, not specific to cap screw but gives S-N data for various steel joints.
