NPN Transistor Array 2n2222

NPN Transistor Array 2n2222

(OP)
I am looking for a NPN Transistor array with internal characteristics similar to the 2n2222 NPN BJT. Any suggestions? I have seen by www.intersil.com CA3083, but I only need two transistors.
thanks

RE: NPN Transistor Array 2n2222

Search Google for "monolithic transistor pair". Many hits.

The LM394 is a fairly typical device, but it doesn't have the current handling of the 2N2222. As skogs says, monolithic pairs with high current capability are unusual - they usually found in small-signal precision applications. You'll probably that a cheap array is easier to find and less costly than a monolitic pair.

A quick search found the following part from Fairchild Semi in a SC70-6 (FFB2222A) and SuperSOT6 (FMB2222A) packages. You could probably find similar parts from ON Semi or ROHM.
