Seperating drawing sheet1 from sheet2

Seperating drawing sheet1 from sheet2

(OP)
I have one model for two drawings and I suppressed certain features so that on sheet1 I show only the lathe work I want done.
However when I go to sheet2 it shows the same contents of sheet1.
Is there a way to dissassociate the various sheets from one another so that I can use one model for multiple sheets?

RE: Seperating drawing sheet1 from sheet2

Aubreyair,

Did you create configurations within the model?  If you did then right click on the views in sheet 2, select properties and in that window you can select the different configs.

mncad

mncad is right. Make COnfigs in your part and use one config for one sheet and the other config on the other sheet.

Thanks for the help on this.
My post was for a coworker who had not configured his part.
I believe he followed your advise and got the results he wanted.
Now hopefully when I want to accomplish the same thing I can do it.
