RE: 70/30 Cu-Ni use in sour environment

All I have ever seen used for these applications is 90/10 Cu-Ni.  Is this for offshore use?

RE: 70/30 Cu-Ni use in sour environment

this is for off shore use.

I  scanned the link you provided, it helped me lot thanks.
I also need the wall thickness values for 1/2, 3/4, 1, 1 1/2 and 2 inch pipes for these applications.

RE: 70/30 Cu-Ni use in sour environment

You're asking WAY too much of a free forum.

If you need to calculate wall thicknesses and do not know how, then I very strongly suggest that you find an engineer experienced in this field, hire them, and pay them appropriate engineering fees.

Reference the EEMUA standards for Cu/Ni.
