I detail miscallaneous steel and often need to show concrete base or footing with the steel structure.
Is it possible to purchase or download hatching for concrete?

RE: concrete hatching

AFAIK, there is no way to make a proper concrete hatch in Pro/E. You can try to make your own by using one of the pre-made sections and changing the spacing and font value, but concrete sectioning (from what I remember) is random dots with larger "pebbles", which can't be done in Pro/E. Everything needs to be composed of straight, dotted or dashed lines.

I ran into the same problem with wood-grain sectioning in the past and my solution was to add a note indicating what the section lines referred to.
