precision DC op-amp help...

precision DC op-amp help...

precision DC op-amp help...

(OP)
I need an ultra low-power, single op-amp with very good DC specs.  Important specs are listed below.  I have checked the usual suspects... AD, TI, Linear, but was wondering if anyone knew of a better MFR/product out there.  Thanks...

Isupply: 100uA MAX
Voffset: 100uV MAX
Ioffset: 10pA MAX

RE: precision DC op-amp help...

Have you looked at the "chopper op amps" and their kind?
They are the kings of DC.

RE: precision DC op-amp help...

Burr-Brown are always worth a look for high spec linears.

But with my luck, I'll be at the airport!

Yes... nowadays, they refer to these as "auto-zero" or "zero-drift" types.  The MFRs I listed all have these types and I've looked into them... just wondering if anyone knew of any others.

Thanks for the reply!

Burr Brown is part of Texas of course.

You haven't mentioned National Semi, Motorola (On Semi),

RE: precision DC op-amp help...

I think Intersil is still independent.  I have not used their parts since they merged with Elantec.  But I have been happy with parts from both vendors.

The EL8176A does not meet your Ios, but Intersil might be a place to look.

TI (BB) has a micropower device (OPA336) that has decent DC specs... that might be the way I'll go.  In general, Elantec parts have very good AC specs, but the offset currents are a little too high for my application.  thanks to everyone for responding... i appreciate the feedback...
