concrete floor loading

(OP)
We have a description of a processing bay with a vinyl tile covered concrete floor stating the bay floor has a load limit of 2000 PSF.
The customer wants to bring in a dolly that weighs 24,000 LBS loaded.
The dolly is on casters, and we don't know if there are 6 or 4 casters on the dolly.
Do we need to place steel sheets under the casters to prevent damage to the floor?
Any guidance would be appreciated
