(OP)
I am looking for info on plastic and composite parts, windon for aircraft (Boeing 747 etc). Can anyone tell me where to find the related info? ( I only need info that are already in public domain) thanks.

RE: material, design, and spec for aircraft window and interior

You might be interested in Boeing Fleet Team Digest article 747-FTD-56-05001. Describes failure of 747 #3 window due to vinly cracks in the inner fail-safe interlayer.

An example of a #1 window (Sierracin)is sandwiched from outside to inside = .05" chemcor glass; .10" PVB; .9" stretched acrylic; .05" PVB; .9" stretched acrylic; .075" PVB; .05" chemcor glass crewshield all sealed and sandwiched in the frame assembly. After 1974 the chemcor glass will be .085".
