HSS Limiting Wall Slenderness Change in AISC 2005

(OP)
Can anyone comment on why there are no longer any values for the wall slenderness limit of a HSS flange for flexure AND compression.  (See Table B4.1 of the new AISC 2005 Specificaiotn for Structural Steel Buildings and AISC LRFD Maunual, 3rd Ed. Table 2.2-1 p. 16.2-4). The 2005 spec only fives limits ofr individual cases of flexure and compression.
