I would like to design a hull for high speed boat, but I don' t know how too evaluate loads. If any one has any idea how to do this or if there are some standards I would be very gratefull.

You have to look at some naval architect books. Sorry as it relates to many years ago, but I saw refference books considering the topics in detail. They are, however, not cheap and you have to see a good naval architecture department's library.
