Hi,

I am learning the 3D Modeling Tools under GeoPak Roads for work. It looks quite complex. It seems not used often by roadway engineers. (My job is research at school.) Anybody can offer some pointers in this issue.

Sicerely,

Dan

RE: GeoPak 3D Tools

A lot of state DOTs are implementing this as their one and only design software.  The individual DOTs are working with Bentley to come up with their exclusive criteria files and typical sections.  Here in Tennessee this has happened.  I believe in Florida and Ohio as well.  If you do a google search for geopak forums or geopak road forums you can get a good idea of who has implemented this.  You might contact bentley to see if you can get an answer as to how many other state DOTs are in the works.
