Two Phase Pump???

Two Phase Pump???

Two Phase Pump???

(OP)
Daer Gentlemen,

         I would like to ask you guy that " Do we have any pump that can pump Gas & Oil in the same time?"
or "Do we have any compressor that can handle large quantity of oil?"

          TDP = 300 psi
          gas 75 MMSCF/d
          oil 1000 BBL/d

          How to transfer oil and gas in the same pipe line?

RE: Two Phase Pump???

Some screw compressors could handle ratios like you propose, but there isn't any in the size and pressures you are looking for.
Seperate, compress/pump, and then recombine.  You need to simulate the line in order to get the right line sizing for two phase flow.  To large a diameter and the liquid phase separates and slugs, to small and velocities add to much friction.
Good luck

RE: Two Phase Pump???

Try "Framo" on http://www.framoeng.no/multiphase_booster_pumps.htm

A quick search on google came up with +3600 hits and no. 3 from the top was Framo. (hint: Google have a special "toolbar" for IE that you can download.)

Best Regards

Morten
