Sulfur blokage

Sulfur blokage

Sulfur blokage

(OP)
Hello,

We've got a small problem at our waterpurification installation. Our wastewater is on the one hand compensated with HCl and on the other hand with Javel(NaOHCl2). We use small water flushpots with our Redox and pH measurement probes. Those water flushpots our connected to our piping with PFA hoses of 1/2". Those hoses get blocked with Sulfur. Now I was told that PFA hoses attract sulfur, what other kind of Material (for the hoses) could I use to prevent the blocking of the hoses with sulfur? Our pH and Redox probes stay clean.

Sorry for my bad english

Rudi
