Flow rate through 03 size hose

Flow rate through 03 size hose

(OP)
I am trying to design a special application cleaning hose for a pressure washer. Assuming 4gpm at 1500psi available to my hose.  My hose is 6 feet long with a ID of 0.138 inches (smooth bore teflon hose).  How can I determine the pressure and flow rate (of water) if the spray tip on the opposite end of my hose has (6) 1/32 inch holes drilled into it?  Thanks in advance.  I'm trying to increase the fuel efficiency of aircraft turbofan engines. (we need to start saving our fuel).
