RE: orthotropic 3d properties to orthotropic 3d properties

Use E1, E2, G12, and v12.  Make certain your coordinate systems line up as they are supposed to (both global and local).  The other option is go to an orthotropic brick, but if you already have your model stick with it.

This assumes a couple of things...your model should have shell elements (thickness is small relative to overall dimensions) not bricks, you material propeties are for the lamina and you are correctly orienting each play, or your properties are smeared for the laminate and your single line input is properly oriented with the global axes.
