we are a boiler manufacturer company. our commercial department purchased some kind of fittings (such as coupling, reducer, sockolet,...) without any certificate. where can I find the examinations which have to be performed to assure the quality of these fittings?

Reference PG-11. Any examinations that were required to be performed should have been done by the material manufacturer.
Not all product form require inspection, mill test reports, partial data reports etc., although any reputable manufacturer/supplier should be able to supply them. If your purchasing department isn't aware of Code requirements for material then training and oversight are definitely in order.
Specific material requirements can be found in Section II.

to satisfy the AI, certification by the material mfr is common, usually the re-saler will have a printed form ready to mail/fax to you ,also they will have specific heat # for the material supplied. as in Sewc VIII-1 app A-66 (I think), will show ANSI stds, same on SE I app....
