Can a Pattern be made Transparent?

Can a Pattern be made Transparent?

I have a cement block that I patterned into a wall. Can I have the pattern shown as transparent?  When I right click on the pattern I do not have that option listed.  The block that I used to make the pattern does have the option.

Thanks in advance

RE: Can a Pattern be made Transparent?

You can expand the pattern and shift select the instances, then right click.
