5000 PSIG Helical Coil Design

5000 PSIG Helical Coil Design

(OP)
I have got a rather oddball situation.  I've got 316 SS tube, 3.5 OD, .5" wall that I am attempting to polish to 120 grit, then weld lengths together, and then bend into a 60" average diameter helical coil.  I have some vendors lined up that say they can handle making such a coil, but I am concerned that the areas around the welds are likely to be overstressed, and will fail over time.

My question(s):
1) Is welding this material and then bending the weld and weld affected zone going to cause any localized stresses?

2)  Does anyone know where I can take a helical coil of this size and between 7' and 8' long and get it bright annealed (with particular concern to the inner wall finish)?

Thanks in advance.
