Run time error

Run time error

Run time error

(OP)
I am new to this program. I started using it when I first installed it in April and it worked fine. Over the last few months I have not opened the package and now have needed to work on it again.

I can open the software, start a new design but as soon as I try to draw a line/circle etc the following message pops up...

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library"

"Program .... name of directory

Then ... the program has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an usual way."

It then closes.

Can anyone help?

RE: Run time error

Sounds like a DLL has gotten overwritten by some other program. Remove Pro/E and reinstall it.

thanks for the advice but I have already tried that and had the same problem,

any further ideas?

RE: Run time error

What version and build of Pro/E?
What operating system?
How much RAM?
What graphics card?
