Does anyone know how to insert lines on compound angles in 3D sketches without makings planes first? I have the start point and two angles.

Then you can use a dimension to set your angle.

I can dimension in one direction only. Need to rotate 90° and dimension the 2nd angle.

Just use the angle you get to put your line in the right place.
Maybe that'd be a good enhancement request.
I'm still waiting for a linear pattern with a spiral twist.

You will need 6 construction lines to define the angle of a single 3D line (2 triangles - each one parallel to the direction in which you will add the angular dimensions.
