Our customer says he has a drawing showing an item fabicated from PC128 GrB steel.  Is anyone familiar with a material by that name?

RE: PC128 Br B

weldtek;
What is the application for this material?

I found out that the application is a patch for a railroad tank car.  As it turns out, the number should read TC 128 GrB, and, I'm told TC stands for 'tank car', the mat'l designation being from the railroad association. duh Apparently SA-612 is an equivalent.
Thanks
