C&DF testing of HV bushings

C&DF testing of HV bushings

I have posted this question as eariler as well but it could not get attention of anyone. Maybe too important and interesting discussions were on at that time to notice this rather simple thing.

I wanted to test 138 KV CT/PT bushings for Tan Delta / C&DF test. We have Biddle 2.5 KV, 12 KV and CB100 low voltage test set at our disposal. What is the recommended test voltage and frequency for performing this test. I have studied the IEEE standard which mentions 10 KV for HV transformer bushings and have downloaded a test procedure from FIST. Will it be the same for CT/PT bushings.

Thanks in advance.
