i have never had to print comment pages before
how do i go about printing them or finding them in my model

catia v4 & v5
unigraphics nx2
pro-e wildfire

see if you have the comment macro.

open your catia model and type /M COMMENT

if not then select file from top left pulldown.
select information.
you will see a small portion of the comment page in the middle.  select the 3 dots to the right of it.

then you can copy and paste it to a text editor.

ok i tried /m comment and it works but then it says something about not having a printer selected in my netscape palete.
so i did tried the other one where i go to information
and i clicked the 3 dots and i see the info
i did a ctrl + c for copy
opened text editor and tried to paste but it wont
any ideas?

ok i got it, thanks rickyt
i just highlighted and middle clicked
and it let me paste it in my text editor
by the way im on a unix box

When using the macro, I will select

* Create temp files only

* Text (then type in the path/name of the text file you want.)

* comments only



Then print it from a PC thru microsoft word.
