AutoCAD 2006 Delete/Add Row in Table?

AutoCAD 2006 Delete/Add Row in Table?

AutoCAD 2006 Delete/Add Row in Table?

(OP)
Hello.

I'm wondering if there is a way to add/delete rows in a table using the command prompt or something OTHER than the right click menu (it is disable for most of my users) or is the right click menu the only way?

I might have to write some code if I can't get a solution.

Thanks

Matt

RE: AutoCAD 2006 Delete/Add Row in Table?

When you look throught the Help, right clicking is their preferred method. The table is a object in the Object Model so you can edit it with code.

Thank you.  I will try and right some code to be able to add/delete the rows/columns in the table.

Thanks

Matt

RE: AutoCAD 2006 Delete/Add Row in Table?

You may have your right-click function set up to do something other than pull up shortcut menus...most likely you have it on "repeat last command". What you do is go to Tools>Options>User Perferences>Right-Click-Customization and then change the selection from "repeat last command" to "shortcut menu". This will make the table editing options available to you when you right click a cell or column selection. Hope this helps - Sabrina
