On StreamThickness Measurement for Stainless Steel Piping and Vessel

(OP)
Hello Gent's

I need a help to specify the requirement for the onstream inspection points (OSI) for  monitoring the thickness of stainless piping and vessels under a cryogenic services ( Turbo expander plant).  I am not ware of any industrial standard that specifies such requirment and I am proposing not to include any OSI points as a value engineering item.  Since in  cryogenic services, the ss lines and vessles will be insulated and that the insulatio removable plugs should not be used as there will be a breaking of vapor barrier in case the plug is removed for taking the thickness measurmeent while in operation. I also highly appreciate any suggestions that are based on exissitng facilities.
