Printing White Text on Black Fill

Printing White Text on Black Fill

Printing White Text on Black Fill

(OP)
I'm creating a logo for a title block right in the draft environment for our companys title block.  The logo is simple to reproduce and I've already done it.  But have run into a problem with printing.

I have a grey ellipse that prints black, and there is another black ellipse that is filled in with a black fill with white text overlapping it.

I have the "Print all colours as black" option on because our dimension colour is set to the default green colour. If I turn the option off, the white text is printed over top of the black ellipse, and the grey does get printed.

Is there a way for the dimensions to show as one color and be printed as another (without changing it all the time)?

RE: Printing White Text on Black Fill

For my black ellipse that is filled in with solid black, can I make it wrap around the white text?

Right now I have to "Bring to Front" the white text.  When I group the logo and move it, the White text goes to the back, which is no good.

Anyway to draw lines at the outline of text?
