SW06 Fully defined sketch

SW06 Fully defined sketch

SW06 Fully defined sketch

(OP)

Hi all,

Just installed a tester of 06, and added an extrude cut to a part.

made a sketch of the profile (L extrusion) that I needed to make a cutout on the corner of a panel. I had defined the sketch profile, but let the box run long over the edge (under defined). When I tried to make my cut, it kept giving me the message that "the operation requires a fully defined sketch".

Now I do this pretty often in 05 and before. Is this fully defined requirement new for 06.

thanks.

Wes C.
