ASME and zoning????

ASME and zoning????

ASME and zoning????

(OP)
Hello, everyone.  I was hoping someone here might be able to help me.  Which ASME 14.XXX standard covers the proper way to zone, name views, and name details?  Or is there even one?  I didn't find what I was looking for in our company's library.  So.....I hope someone here might be able to shed so light on the subject or point me in the right direction.  I know how to do this from practical experience but I'm looking for a defined standard as opposed to a company policy. Thanks.

RE: ASME and zoning????

I would suggest getting a copy of:
Drawing Requirements Manual, Tenth Edition
by Jerome H. Lieblich
You can get it from www.global.ihs.com

It is an excellent book and covers ALL dwg specs needed.

Your topic is better asked in forum1103.
