I want to cut fan blades made of Glass filled polypropylene. I tried machining, but I need to check if there are cutting methods other than water jet and laser.

You can bandsaw or mill, but mind you, the flow patterns and stresses are going to be disrupted and more than likely cause warpage in your parts.  Better off molding to net size and shape.  I know this from first-hand experience.
