Keeping dimension/flagnote Facing Forward while Rotating Model

Keeping dimension/flagnote Facing Forward while Rotating Model

(OP)
Bare with me as I am new to Catia software and UG software.

Is there the an option to set up the "dimensional callout displays" to always face "forward" while the model is rotated?
I want to capture the callouts in 2D, but when I rotate the model to show where a callout is "pointing" you can not read the display.  When I rotate the model to read the display, I can not display (see in 2D) where/what feature the callout is referring to.

Hope this makes sense, and I apologize for my naiveness.

Anyhelp would be appreciated.

RE: Keeping dimension/flagnote Facing Forward while Rotating Model

No way to do this in UG, something I miss from Solidworks.

I have not seen any setting to allow for this, and am not aware of enhancement of this type.  You could try asking at the UG bbs http://bbsnotes.ugs.com/
The UG developers keep tabs on that site, and may be able to give you a more definitive answer.  You will need an install number to open an account there.
