(OP)
HELLO EVERYONE, I HAVE A TRICKY PART FOR TOOLING.
IT IS A DIAPHRAGM COMPONENT WITH A W/T OF 0.25mm.
ITS APPROX DIMENSIONS ARE 20mm SQUARE WITH A 2mm
HOLE THRO THE TOP FACE. THE SIDE AND TOP FACE ARE
A 3D FORM (MUCH LIKE A TEAT ON A BABIES BOTTLE BUT
IT HAS NO UNDERCUT). MY PROBLEM IS THAT THE PART IS
VERY SOFT AND I HAVE CONCERNS ON EJECTING THE PART.
I HAVE NOT USED THIS POLYMER BEFORE BUT IT REALLY GRIPS TO
THE MOULD SURFACE APPARENTLY. I WAS GOING TO USE A STRIPPER
PLATE BUT I AM CONCERNED IT MAY JUST ROLL THE COMPONENT
UP THE CORE & DAMAGE IT. I CANT REALLY USE AN AIR BLAST DUE
TO THE HOLE IN THE TOP - HAS ANYONE USED THIS MATERIAL
AND HAVE ANY TOOLING TIPS FOR IT.

MANY THANKS
