eDrawings on MAC

RE: eDrawings on MAC

Excellent ... I hope they continue the program & include a Mac version of SW. If they do, they will completetly swamp the competition in MCAD.

RE: eDrawings on MAC

I can't imagine working in 3D on a Mac with a mono-button mouse.  I'd definitely need a more useful mouse (which I've heard they've now released).

A client of mine uses only Macs.  eDrawings for Macs came out just in time and we got a lot of use out of eDrawings in the engineering stage of development.  Much more useful than just JPEG snapshots I was sending for checking sections of assemblies, etc.  Just about to cut tooling on that project.

Previously SolidWorks said they plan never to release a Mac version of SolidWorks.  We'll see if the market share argument holds up in the future.
