Hammer Union Compliance with ASME B31.3

(OP)
I am currently trying to justify the use of Fig200 Hammer Unions in an ASME B31.3 environment.  Has anyone gone down this path and determined comliance for use with this code?

I know hammer unions are used globally in oil and gas so are fit for purpose, however, I need to show code compliance in order to meet minimum legislative requirements.

Any assistance is appreciated.
