Need to bond PP to card (Adhesive needed)

Need to bond PP to card (Adhesive needed)

Need to bond PP to card (Adhesive needed)

(OP)
Hello.

I was hoping if you could help me with a problem.
I can't seem to find an appropriate glue (preferably Hot
Melt type) to bond Polypropylene and card. This needs to
be a long term bond as the part needs to be intact for a long time after production

Is this possible or would anybody be able to recommend a
suitable glue so that I can make the necessary purchase?
I've been stuck on this for ages, none of the Hot Melts
I've used have worked.

Thank you very much.

RE: Need to bond PP to card (Adhesive needed)

Can you flame treat the PP surface for better adhesion by hot melt?  3M makes DP8005 and DP8010 acrylic low surface energy adhesives but expensive.  Hot melts to bond PP require high temperatures and adhesive film as 2-sided PSA may work better.
