Center of Gravity

(OP)
I am using MD 2006, how do i find the CG of my part and how do I document it on a drawing, for example in my detail prints I have a front, top & side view with dimensions, I would like to add a CG marker and dimension it out.

Any ideas? Thanks Travis

RE: Center of Gravity

In assembly modelling choose the mass properties icon and find the CG of the part in the calculate tab window, than, push the save UCS button in the lower side of the window.
For representing the CG on drawings I suggest you to draw a little sphere in the CG UCS origin but any other solution is possible when you have found the CG UCS.
bye
