hey guys, a braincracker :)

i just created a mapkey, that makes a new folder on the company working space, it copies the company startup files, from the 'base' dir that is read-only, so nobody can mess with it. after the batch file it automatically goes to the prompt to change the working dir.

here comes the mapkey
mapkey new @MAPKEY_NAMEcreate new project folder and copy vision config;\
mapkey(continued) @MAPKEY_LABELnew project;@SYSTEMk:\\nieuw_project.bat;\
mapkey(continued) ~ Select `main_dlg_cur` `MenuBar1`1 `File`;~ Close `main_dlg_cur` `MenuBar1`;\
mapkey(continued) ~ Activate `main_dlg_cur` `File.psh_working_dir`;\
mapkey(continued) ~ Open `file_open` `Ph_path.Path`;~ Close `file_open` `Ph_path.Path`;\
mapkey(continued) ~ Select `file_open` `Ph_path.Path`1 `M:`;\
mapkey(continued) ~ Select `file_open` `Ph_list.Filelist`1 `Ontwikkeling`;\
mapkey(continued) ~ Activate `file_open` `Ph_list.Filelist`1 `Ontwikkeling`;\
mapkey(continued) ~ Select `file_open` `Ph_list.Filelist`1 `dev`;\
mapkey(continued) ~ Activate `file_open` `Ph_list.Filelist`1 `dev`;

the batch file:

@echo off
SET /p vardirname=vul een project naam in met max 32 Karakters en zonder spaties :
mkdir k:\%vardirname%
xcopy k:\base /e k:\%vardirname%
echo projectmap " %vardirname% " is aangemaakt
pause

now my question, as you see, i use a variable to name the directory . is it possible to read the vairable to go to that dir immediatelly?

or is there another way?
i was exploring the idea to change the dir with the attribute of last created or something like that?
or is it maybe possible to use batch in the mapkey, so the variable is still in memory?

anybody?

thanks in advance

greetz
