Matweb to Algor material export

Matweb to Algor material export

(OP)
I have used matweb's Cosmosworks material data export and think its pretty good.  I notice now they have a similar export into Algor.  I don't use Algor, but the cosmosworks version is helpful - so I'm passing on the info.

Matweb is a large database of material datasheets.  there is a fee to use the advanced features.

RE: Matweb to Algor material export

Much of the information that is available on MatWeb comes included in the Algor material library.  I suspect the export is primarily for new materials that have been added to MatWeb since the Algor User's previous update.

RE: Matweb to Algor material export

FYI..., ALGOR supplies only a modest subset of MatWeb materials on our media.  MatWeb has 10's of thousand of materials in their database.
