RE: Hi, I am looking for reference mate

Excellent links from both of you guys.  I never cease to be amazed at what can be pulled off the web these days.

RE: Hi, I am looking for reference mate

Thanks very much for the vote of confidence, folks.  One more link on instrument transformer basics at: http://www.abb.com/GLOBAL/ABBZH/ABBZH289.NSF/viewunid/C64DCEC96AC155B585256A47005E8FE7/$file/IT+Book.pdf  {May need to 'cut and paste' this link to get it to work.}  It contains a number of references to ANSI/IEEE C57.13--the principal Instrument Transformer standard in the US.

RE: Hi, I am looking for reference mate

Great references!
I would also recommend a book "INTRODUCTION TO INSTRUMENT TRANSFORMERS" by Brian D. Jenkins and published by George Newnes Ltd. in 1967 (rather old!).
