(OP)
Hi,

Does anybody have maximum allowable pressures at elevated temperatures for Nylon PA 12/G Ball Valve seat materials, or references to reliable graphs/tables?
I know it's also related to the diameter. In our application it's for a NPS 2" valve.
The charts I already have are generic and/or commercial not based on diameters.

Any help will be very much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Regards.

RE: P/T ratings Ball Valves-Soft Seats

I SUGGEST YOU CONTACT THE MFR,
The valves for steam have to be certified ANSI/UL/ASME/FM/CSA OR SIMILAR.
Ussually you use soft seats to 250psi max.
seats have to be rated for the pressure and temp as well.
