(OP)
Is there any way to show cosmetic external threads on a part.  Actually for that matter, how do I make external threads.  Is there a thread wizard like hole wizard.  Sorry for all of these questions, but I am just learning this thing.  Thanks in advance for your help.

Also see Types of Threads at http://www.scottjbaugh.com/Design_Portfolio/SW%20Models.htm

If you use the Search feature (just above your handle) & type in cosmetic threads you should see loads of previous threads on this topic.

Also check the SW Help files index section for Cosmetic Threads

If you are just starting to learn SW, I strongly suggest you work through the Online Tutorials found in the SW Help files.

Also please check out the threads listed in my signature.
