I have two parts that were originally designed for Copper Casting Alloys C90300 and C86200.  We are looking to have these machined from now on, and I am not sure what material will best do this.  The original drawing calls out no material properties, but references ASTM B 584.  I am looking at the phosphor bronzes (C51000, C52100, C52400), as well as at the high-copper alloy C19100.  I am having problems finding information about the materials for C19100 for the different tempers.  I have another drawing for a part that is to be cast out of C90300 which lists the alternative of machining out of C51000, or C53400 (the latter isn't in Machinery's Handbook).  

My questions are a) is there an excepted wrought replacement for either of these casting alloys (phosphor bronze?), and b) what kind of time/cost trade off am I looking at when trying to find a material that has a machinability rating of 20% vs. 75%?  That is, if a temper of C19100 will give me the properties I need, and is more machinable, will the material cost more, and will that offset the time I save in the machine shop, will I save much time, etc?

Additionally, is MatWeb a reliable resource?  They list elongation in 50mm/2in for various phosphor bronzes at between 10% and 13%; Machinery's Handbook lists them between 48% and 70%.
