I'm loking for more information on the next two item's.
About a IT-net (Starpoint Isolated from earth.) and a NT-net (Starpoint is earthed.)
(European: 240 Volt)
About the regulations.
Can we say that a IT-net is a Alternating supply, singlephase with earth (3-wire system) or is it could different.

RE: Starpoint Isolated from earth.
About an IT-net (Starpoint Isolated from earth.) and a NT-net (Starpoint is earthed.)
The problem is that we have sold a machine. Inside the specifications, there is a note about the electrical supply. "Alternating supply, single-phase with earth (3-wire system)"
Thinking that this is the definition of a NT-net.
The customer has now an IT-net and is saying that his powersupply is the same as our definition inside the specifications.
