Is there any standards in IEEE exclusively for  the relay setting calculations for  Distribution system for process Industries?

IEEE Std 141 "IEEE Recommended Practice for Electric Power Distribution for Industrial Plants" or the Red Book provides some guidance, but is not specific to the process industry.

In addition ANSI/IEEE Std 242 "IEEE Recommended Practice for Protection and Coordination of Industrial and Commercial Power System" or the Buff Book could be helpful
