How do I insert a company logo in Autocad 2005? We have a new revised logo to replace the older one. I have the logo in bmp, eps, wmf, and jpeg. When I try to insert it now it just shows up as an image and not as an outline of the logo, like the current one.

Thanks.

RE: insert company logo

Not quite sure what you are asking. Do you want the image to only show up as a box outline? Is it not highlighting when you pick it? (IMAGEHLT) You can select it and change its properties also. Can also reduce image quality for speeding up drawing. Am I getting warm?

RE: insert company logo

You may need to draw the logo?  There may be some automated way to accomplish this.  If all else fails, stick the logo jpeg in one layer, trace over it in a different layer...depending on the logo, that might be easy or hard to do.

RE: insert company logo

An issue I ran into when I first started using AutoCAD...State engineering rules let you put a CAD seal on drawings...only nobody seemed to have one availabe, so I got to draw it up from scratch.  But on the bright side, you only have to do it once.
