Exporting SE .dft file to DXF

Exporting SE .dft file to DXF

Exporting SE .dft file to DXF

(OP)
Hi
When I export using "save as" to DXF it saves only the sheet on the screen. If I have more than 1 sheet to save as DXF, how can I do that and get all in one file.

Thanks

RE: Exporting SE .dft file to DXF

Hi,

I think you can do that if you are on the working sheet when you click 'save as' and if you check 'export to paper space' in the options.

Be careful with the scale though. your views should be 1:1 on the sheet otherwise the dimensions will be wrong in your dxf !

NB: to make sure you export only 1:1 geometries, the best is to click 'draw in view' before using 'save as'

Fred
