Does any body have any info on the standards of portable automotive ramps

I wish to know the safety factor and how the load rating is measured by
AS/NZS 2640:1994

This is an extract from the standard

   5 STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY
   5.1 Structural integrity When tested in accordance with Appendix C, a vehicle ramp shall
   not show any sign of a break or fracture. Permanent deformation shall not exceed 2% of the
   ramp height.
   5.2 Overload test When tested in accordance with Appendix D, a vehicle ramp shall be
   tested with a force not less than 3 times the nominated capacity in accordance with
   Clause 3.5 and shall not break or fracture, or permanently deform by more than 5% of the
   ramp height.

In the structural integrity test, the ramp is subjected to a load 1.5 times the nominated capacity.  In the overload test, the ramp is subjeted to a load 3 times the nominated capacity, or until the ramp fails.
