I need a model which  is a rough likness of a human body to incorporate into an assembly for presentation purposes.
Even a 2D dxf would do.

I have some in UG part file format format. 95% man, sitting, standing, etc.

you may want to try www.3dcontentcentral.com even if it's a solidworks site you can download a lot of stuff in parasolid format. I know that there are some human in there.
