Can't log into intralink
Can't log into intralink
(OP)
I have this problem.
When I try to log into intralink I get the following error:
"An error occurred when loading preferences.
The disk may be full"
I checked my home directory (H:). It has over 2gig of space available. My C drive has over 21gig of available space.
I'm using intralink version 3.2 and Pro/e 2001
(We're going to WF2.0 in a couple of weeks and that may solve this problem but until then I could use your wise advice).
Anyone seen this problem before?
PS. This happened a couple of weeks ago and my administrator got it running again but I lost all my workspaces. Fortunately I back things up to my c: often and I'm not too severely damaged. But I need to figure out what this problem is.
Regards and thank you all in advance.

RE: Can't log into intralink
Do a search on these key words Local.ddb. You will find all kind of info. I think this is your problem.

"Wildfires are dangerous, hard to control, and economically catastrophic."
"Fixed in the next release" should replace "Product First" as the PTC slogan.

RE: Can't log into intralink
Basically it
- calls the compress command
- loads a standard config.pro file.
- runs the Intralink launch command.
If you've had this problem before it could be wise to put the command in a batch file so every user has to compact there workspace before use.#

RE: Can't log into intralink
I have a silly question about this bat file. I ran it yesterday, but it did not reduce the size of my local.ddb file. Will this only compress when has to or did I do something wrong?
