Cosmetic thread in an assy

Cosmetic thread in an assy

Cosmetic thread in an assy

We just installed SW 2006 and I have cosmetic threads showing in my assemblies how do I turn them off.  I thought you could turn them off in an assy and have them on at the part level.

Thanks

Got it!  Had to check "use assembly settings for all components" in documnet properties.

RE: Cosmetic thread in an assy

Interesting. Usually users ask how to turn them on in an assy.

FYI it doesn't realy help what I said above.  Now when i  RMB Annotations check Display annotations and feature dims it shows all annotations and dims of the parts in the assy.  So I'm back to square one.
