Minimum compressice strength for walls

I don't have a current ACI Code. Is there a specified minimum compressive strength for structural, reinforced, concrete walls? I would be comfortable with 28-day f'c=2500 psi for a low-rise structure, but was wondering if the ACI stated a minimum allowable.

RE: Minimum compressice strength for walls

ACI 318-02 Article 1.1.1 says:  "For structural concrete, the specified compressive strength shall not be less than 2500 psi."  This provision did not appear in 318-99.
